Payment Terms

Effective date: 28 July 2026

These terms apply when a group member purchases paid features for a Simpler Sport team.

Group-specific access

Every purchase applies only to the team named at checkout. SMS and advanced features are separate: buying one does not unlock the other.

One-time purchases

A lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase for the named capability and team. It remains available while the team and Simpler Sport service exist, subject to these Terms of Use.

Subscriptions

Advanced subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Access continues through the paid-through date. The payer can manage or cancel the subscription through the Stripe billing portal.

Payment processing

Stripe processes payments and stores payment-method details. Simpler Sport activates access only after verified payment confirmation; returning to the site from Stripe does not itself activate a feature.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Contact support@simplersport.com about billing errors or refund requests. Refunds are reviewed individually. A refund, dispute, chargeback, failed renewal, or reversed payment may suspend or revoke the related access while it is reviewed.

These Payment Terms supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
